Your Southwestern Spartans earned high-praise in postseason academic awards. Both the men's and the women's team earned top-20 recognition by the NJCAA Cross Country Coaches Association.
The Spartan women came in at 14th, boasting a 3.525 team GPA. Victoria Reynolds, Fane Sauvakacolo, and Danielle Costain were all recognized for their individual efforts in the classroom.
The Spartan men came in at 19th, boasting a 3.350 team GPA. Austin Lundy and Colin Shreve were both recognized for their individual efforts in the classroom.
