Southwestern Head Men's Basketball Coach Reggie Kindle inked his first recruit for the Spartans Thursday.

Carson Busch, of Lincoln, Nebraska, signed his National Letter of Intent to join Southwestern. Busch, who graduated from Lincoln Northeast in 2020, is the son of Amy Busch. Busch was a member of National Honor Society and received All-Academic honors while at Lincoln Northeast. He also received All-City honors for basketball.

Busch is transferring to Southwestern from Doane.
