Liliana Aguilar to dance for SWCC Dazzlers

Creston, IA—Coach Paige Russo announced Mount Ayr High School’s Liliana Aguilar will join the Southwestern Community College Dazzlers dance team beginning with the fall 2024 semester.

Aguilar has been part of a Mount Ayr High School dance team that has brought home two second-place finishes at the Iowa State Dance & Drill Team Association’s state championships. She was a member of the All-Iowa Honor Dance Team as well.

Russo is excited to have Aguilar’s talent on the team.

“Liliana is determined and such an amazing performer on the floor,” said Russo. “We look forward to having her energy as a part of the team!”

In addition to Aguilar’s dance honors, she has been named to the Mount Ayr High School honor roll.

She is the daughter of Julian Aguilar and Martina Preciado.
