Southwestern's golf program is hosting a camp for youth golfers, ages 13 and under, on Saturday, April 23, 2022, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at Crestmoor Golf Club in Creston.
Goals for the day will include full swing on the driving range with emphasis on grip, posture, stance, and alignment; putting on the practice green; chipping/pitching by the practice green; and guided play on the course to apply skills learned during practice.
A pizza lunch will be provided. Participants are asked to bring a water bottle and golf clubs (minimum of an iron and a putter).
If inclement weather, the camp will move to Sunday, April 24, with registration at 12:45 p.m. and pizza at 4:45 p.m.
