Creston, IA - October 29, 2024 – Southwestern Community College (SWCC) is proud to announce that freshman cross country athlete, Brandon Briley, has received Honorable Mention honors in the 2024 Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) All-Region Awards for Division II Men's Cross Country.

The ICCAC released this year's cross country awards on October 28, recognizing outstanding athletes from across Region 11. Briley's placement among the Honorable Mentions highlights his dedication and performance in his inaugural season with the Spartans. Competing against a strong field of Division II runners, Briley's efforts exemplified SWCC's growing strength in the cross country program and his potential as a key contributor for future seasons.

Briley's Honorable Mention represents Southwestern's continued presence in competitive athletics within the ICCAC. The Spartans are enthusiastic about his accomplishments and look forward to his future contributions to the cross country program.
