Creston's Sarah King to compete with SWCC sports shooters

Sarah King of Creston signed with the Southwestern sports shooting team on Friday, May 21, and will compete with the team during their 2021-22 campaign.

King graduated from Southwest Iowa Prairie School on April 30, 2021. She is a member of the 3 Mile Sharp Shooters 4-H Club and participates in the shotgun trap, rifle, and archery disciplines. She is a member of the Union County Clay Shooters, a local trap team for high school student-athletes.

At Southwestern, King will major in administrative office technology.

She is the daughter of Tom and Jane King of Creston.
