In addition to serving as head coach of the Saints, she also served as athletic director at Central Christian College of the Bible from June 2022 until January 2024. Prior to Central Christian College of the Bible, Zarzutzki was the head women's basketball coach at Oak Hills Christian College in Bemidji, Minnesota, from June 2020 through May 2021. There, she inherited a roster of zero players and recruited seven players in just one month. She coached the team to the program's first win in more than eight years, eventually finishing with a 6-15 record. Zarzutzki also had stops at Manhattan Christian College (June 2016-June 2018) and Grinnell College (August 2018-June 2020) as assistant women's basketball coach.
