Southwestern had two volleyball players named to the ICCAC Division II All-Conference teams, which were recently released.

Freshman Kelcie Gaines and sophomore Cayla Maitlen were each named to the honorable mention team for the ICCAC.

Gaines, a freshman defensive specialist from Watson, Mo., led the Spartans with 422 digs and 3.91 digs per set. Maitlen, a sophomore outside hitter from Creston, ranked second on the team with 325 digs. She also led the Spartans with 203 kills and 40 service aces.

Southwestern finished the 2019 season with an overall record of 5-33 and 1-8 in the ICCAC Division II.
