Head volleyball coach, Shaela Camp, announces the signing of volleyball standout, MaKenna Hudson, and her commitment to attend Southwestern in the Fall of 2020.

Hudson, a team captain, for the Creston Community High School team will join the Spartans after graduating this May. Hudson is a multi-sport standout competing in track as well. Hudson is a member of the Distance Medley team that holds the school record and is an 11-time state qualifier in track and field. She comes to Southwestern with 1,400 career digs in her four-year high school career and was a three year All-Conference player in a powerful Hawkeye Ten conference. As well as excelling in sports, she was All-Academic as well.

MaKenna is the daughter of Chris and Diane Hudson.
