Join #Run4SWCC coaches and student-athletes to work on shot put and discus this winter! Go through a full warm-up routine and learn drills to help you with your shot put and discus throws. Campers will be able to get full throws in with the shot put. Campers should bring throwing shoes, throwing implements if able to, and a water bottle.

Cost is $75 per camper, which gets the camper access to any and all sessions. For families with multiple campers, contact Scott Vicker, director of cross country/track & field, at vicker@swcciowa.edu for discount pricing. Make checks payable to SWCC Track & Field.

Each camper also needs to download and fill out the camp waiver form.
