Norwalk, IA - The Southwestern Community College Spartan Dance Team spent the weekend in Norwalk and swept the podium with their routines. The Dance Challenge was held at Norwalk High School and the Spartans took home hardware in their Jazz, Hip Hop, and Pom categories.

The Spartans received Platinum Adjudications in the Jazz routine, Hip Hop routine, and Pom routines. Platinum is the highest of the four levels. The Spartans also received 1st place in all three categories and received Overall Grand Champion with their Hip Hop Routine. The Spartans will be on the road again this weekend headed to Mason City Iowa on Saturday, January 28th.
