Southwestern Community College Head Golf Coach Doug North headed to Illinois to obtain the latest recruit for his 2018-19 Spartan men's golf team. Tony Cebuhar, of Dunlap, IL, will join the Spartans during the fall semester, which begins in August.

North said Cebuhar, who will graduate from Dunlap High School in May 2018, will be key to the foundation of the Spartan golf team.

"Tony is an athlete who hasn't been playing golf for long, but has unlimited potential," North explained. "His hard-working background will assist him in transitioning at this level and with what we require in the Spartan golf program."

North continued, "I'm excited to bring Tony to Creston and watch him develop into an astounding student-athlete."

Cebuhar is the son of Michelle and Jim Cebuhar of Dunlap, IL.
