Phoenix comes to SWCC from Atlantic High School in Atlantic. He sets as the #18 individaul on the All-time Cross Country list in a time of 27:37.0. He is also the current Outdoor T&F school record holder in the 3000m steeple chase, and was a qualifier for the 2018 NJCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the event.
